About us

JDE.ERPRef.com/SAP.ERPRef.com originally started life back in the June 2012, as JDERef.com, a basic online list of JDE table names and schemas. The site was created simply because we identified the large lack of inforation out on the internet relating to obtaining schema inforamation regarding JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP system, something we were using daily as a company employee.

This lack of information made working with these systems quite challenging and unnecassaryily frustrating - so the idea was born to help many other thousands of developers/users/report writers etc and offer a simply and free technical reference online.

The site quickly attracted traffic as its value proliferated within the JDE community. We were inundated with e-mails of congratulations and consolidarity.

Over time, we added adverts to the site to generate a revenue stream to support running costs (server hosting) as well as establish social media presense and a few site make-overs.

Since then, the site as grown from stength to strength, with the additions of multiple schemas, and more recently, the inclusion of SAP ERP data and the JDE Demo VM offerings.

Finally, to aid with SEO and adhere to common web standards, the sites (jderef.com and saptables.net) were moved to subdomains of a new domain, ERPRef.com - so that we could use a single wildcard SSL certificate to cover both domains.

We are not a company, we are not many, we are not big. We are one. One father, one wife, 2 girls, who created this side hustle back in 2012 (when I was free and single) that now helpfully goes a small way to support his family along side his main employment. Our primary aim was, and still remains, to create something that many will hopefully find useful and valuable.
